The Homes

Our Orchard View Homes offer open floor plans with large windows, generous kitchens spaces, and three-car garages. Each home is strategically placed on a walkout or lookout lot designed to enjoy expansive views of the apple orchard, rolling hills, wetlands, and open spaces. Our Role – The Home Builder

Orchard View Homes is the home builder in the Greenbriar Hills Development for Phase 1 of the project (53 Single Family Homes). Once fully developed Greenbriar Hills will feature 214 homes total featuring single family homes, villas and detached town houses. The construction of this development is designed into three different construction phases. The current Phase, which is Phase 1, consists of developing 53 lots on the north end of the land featuring 6 unique single family home designs. We are extremely excited and blessed to be able to build these homes that will provide its residents with amazingly unique views with rich amenities, never experienced before in our area.

After exploring the housing market in Buffalo, MN, my wife and I decided to buy a lot and build a home in the new Greenbriar Hills development.

Our experience working with the team at Greenbriar Hills, along with builder, Orchard View Homes, has been quite easy and pleasant. Both companies have demonstrated a high level of service and integrity.
